Question: Can I use grace licensing in my application which is protected using an older version of the Sentinel RMS SDK?

Only those applications that are protected using Sentinel RMS SDK v8.0 (or later) can use grace licensing.

Question: My license has expired, can I use the grace period to complete my pending task?

You cannot use the grace period beyond the license expiration date.

Question: Is there a way to find out the remaining grace period?

You can use the query call (VLSgetFeatureInfo) to find out the remaining grace period. It contains the following relevant fields: grace_period_remaining and grace_period_expiry_date.
